1. About Us

Adibell Global is a freight forwarding company providing air freight shipping and package forwarding services from the United States to Jamaica, with islandwide delivery under specific conditions.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

  • Package forwarding

  • Air freight shipping (USA to Jamaica)

  • Islandwide delivery (free and paid delivery options apply)

3. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must not ship illegal or restricted items, including but not limited to:

  • Drugs or controlled substances

  • Weapons, ammunition, or explosives

  • Flammable or hazardous materials

  • Aerosols

  • Perishable goods

  • Cash or gift cards

  • Counterfeit or replica items

Customers are fully responsible for the contents of their shipments.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Accurately declare shipment contents

  • Ensure items are legal in Jamaica

  • Provide correct delivery information

  • Pay all required fees before release

  • Respond promptly to shipping or customs requests

Misdeclaration may result in fines, delays, or seizure of goods.

5. Pricing, Fees & Payments

  • Rate: JMD $650 per lb

  • Minimum chargeable weight: 1 lb

  • Customs duties and taxes are not included

  • Storage fees apply after 30 days

  • Payment methods: bank transfer, cash, and card payments

Packages will not be released until full payment is completed.

6. Shipping & Delivery Times

Adibell Global ships three (3) times per week:

  • Monday

  • Wednesday

  • Friday

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, airline delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Adibell Global is not responsible for:

  • Seller or manufacturer defects

  • Improper packaging by sellers

  • Customs seizures or inspections

Claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Liability is limited and subject to review.

8. Customs & Government Fees

All customs duties, GCT, and government charges are the responsibility of the customer. Adibell Global does not control customs decisions and is not liable for delays or seizures.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once processed

  • No refunds for customs seizures or refusals

  • Service fees are non-refundable

  • Storage fees continue to apply if items are not collected

10. Abandoned Packages

Packages uncollected after 60 days will be considered abandoned. Adibell Global reserves the right to dispose of or resell such items without compensation.

11. Privacy Policy

Customer information is used solely for shipping and legal purposes. Information may be shared with authorities when required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Adibell Global’s liability is limited and does not cover indirect or consequential losses. Customers use our services at their own risk.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Adibell Global reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time.

14. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
